Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt purchase for all full price listed items. We do not offer returns  or refunds on sale or discounted pieces.

Clothing must be unworn, in their original purchased state with all labelling in original placement and condition. Items are subject to inspection upon return and may be denied if they are not in the exact condition of which they were purchased. 

 

Customer will be granted an online store credit for the value of their purchase, minus postage cost. Once the item is returned and inspected, you will be emailed the magic code to use on your next purchase. The code can only be used once and will be valid for a duration of 6 months.

 

Unfortunately we do not offer full refunds, unless of course the fault is ours.

We ship with Australia Post Courier Service.

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for us to process your order.

Once processed and dispatched please be patient, your parcel will arrive in the postage time you have selected at checkout.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with the tracking number.

IF YOU ARE LOCATED WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

You will be sent an email confirmation with the tracking number when your parcel has been dispatched.

If you select Express Shipping, please allow up 1 - 5 business days.

If you select Standard Shipping, please allow up to 3 - 7 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: Postage delays are to be expected due to COVID-19 - please try and be patient, we are doing our best to get your order to you ASAP.

IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

You will be sent an email confirmation with the tracking number when your parcel has been dispatched.

You will have the option of Standard or Express Shipping method and depending on where you are located the price and delivery time with vary. Options will be available at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Each postage order has a tracking number. We are not held accountable for any lost goods after it has been dispatched. 

 

Unfortunately this can happen and parcels can get lost. Please get into contact with us asap if your parcel has not arrived in the expected time frame. We will file a missing parcel report as well as contact Australian Post to do everything we can to try and find it. We do not offer money back or refunds if goods are not found.

S I Z I N G

Vintage sizing differs to the general sizing of today. The sizing standards have altered over the years, therefore we do not always go off the size labelled on the vintage garment. 

Each item has specific measurements written below in the description. Please check the sizing to ensure it fits prior to purchasing. The measurements are in inches however, if you are unsure of the specific sizing to a vintage garment, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@theninetymilestore.com before you make your purchase and we will happily answer your questions.

Please note, each vintage piece is thoroughly inspected before being advertised and any sign of major wear will be claimed in the item description, including a photo if necessary. Please take into consideration that our vintage garments are pre-loved and pre-owned, therefore signs of wear and slight imperfections are to be expected. All imperfections will be noted in the item description.

A large amount of our photography is shot on film, therefore the image colours may vary slightly to the garment colours in real life. If you would like to be certain with your purchase please don't hesitate to email info@theninetymilestore.com and we will email you an up close digital image as soon as possible.
